OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. You may choose from US Mail, UPS, or Expedited shipping methods. The shipping and handling charge depends on the total weight of your order and the distance it is being shipped from our warehouse in California. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.

You may return your purchase at any time up to 90 days past the purchase date and receive a full refund, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including tags. 

*RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES:

Only items purchased through this website may be returned through this website. You must be able to supply an Order Number to request a return or exchange. To begin a Return or Exchange process, please click here. 

For a full refund or exchange, please return the item to us within 90 days of purchase in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. When your refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you have requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped after your return has been received and inspected.

We will contact you within 24 - 48 hours upon your return or exchange request. 

LEATHER CARE:

We use premiere leathers for our products that do not require special care.  A little trick of the trade: some surface soil can be erased with a soft art gum eraser. Deep scratches and corner wear can be touched up with matching liquid wax. Use a light touch.  Best yet, take your leather article to your local shoe repair for advice.  They usually offer premium leather care products and will be able to make recommendations.
