Minimum Opening Order (per delivery point) is $350.00, minimum Reorder (per delivery point) is $100.00. Resale or tax-exemption certificates must be submitted prior to shipment.

MAP PRICING POLICY

MAP pricing policy for ALICIA KLEIN®, TAXI WALLET®, or OWL® products is enforced. Discontinued SKUs are excluded.

We do not permit the sale of our products via kiosks, auction-style websites, personal blog shops, mass order websites, or home selling unless approved in writing by Vallavista Corporation.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

• All products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged or defective.
• Returns require prior authorization and a return authorization number from VALLAVISTA CORPORATION.
• Any claims of damages, shortages, or defective merchandise must be reported within 20 days of receipt of order.
• Refused orders and merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

PLACING A REORDER

If you are already an Alicia Klein® or Taxi Wallet® dealer, you may:

• Fax your orders to (925) 299-1697.

After your order is received, we will contact you before your order is ready to ship to obtain your credit card information.
